Dr. Holmes is a fantastic surgeon and human being. I had my hip replaced and it was great. I need a knee replacement and I will be going back to him. He practices at many hospitals but Foundations surgical hospital is the best. The nurses are nice and helpful. If you need to stay a night or two the nurse to patient ratio is great. I would recommend Dr. Holmes and Foundation surgical hospital!

He was very upfront about what he was going to do and what I needed to do to fix my knee.

I went to Dr. Holmes for my left knee; it was the best decision ever. It has been five weeks since my total knee replacement and it feels so much stronger and I can finally walk straight. Dr. Holmes is great and has an awesome bedside manner. Kind, humorous, and totally sincere with only your well-being in mind. I also want to thank his staff, they are all very professional and caring. They handle all the paperwork which was a great help. Questions are are answered directly and clearly with any procedures fully explained. I would also like to mention that the office is well maintained with safeguards in place for the current COVID concerns. Overall it has been a good experience. Thanks again for giving me a new knee to stand on.😀

Dr Peter Holmes is one of the best sports occupational doctors in the San Antonio Shertz area. I had both knees replaced and I couldn't ask for a better doctor and after care. Dr Holmes has done both my wife’s knees and my knees. Very caring about his patients and health. We are pleased with staff before surgery and after surgery. Post op good and doing physical therapy recommended by him for full recovery. I would give him and staff five star’s.

I saw Dr. McCarty for a pain issue in my foot. She diagnosed the problem, discussed it with me and gave me a steroid shot which totally alleviated the pain. I saw Dr. McCarty again yesterday for a follow-up and she was great. Highly recommend Dr. McCarty.

Dr Holmes is an outstanding surgeon. My knee replacement was flawless. I have no pain, no swelling and excellent extension and flexion. His staff will work on appointments as you need.
